I have been a travel agent for 25 years.

I really enjoy providing my clients with great customer service in a very challenging industry.  An industry where the only constant is a rapid state of change. I like the challenge of staying ahead of this change while keeping my clients in the loop.

Weather, delays, cancellations will always be a part of travel, it is my responsibility as a travel agent to stay informed, prepared and most of all flexible to lessen the impact of these things on my clients’ travel plans.

I take great pride in that responsibility.
